Ponterra was founded in 2023 in response to the pressing climate and biodiversity crises facing the planet.

As second generation founders in the space, we recognized the potential for nature-based solutions but noticed a gap in the market for projects that were impactful, commercial, and scalable. We launched Ponterra to fill that gap by developing large-scale restoration projects with unparalleled community impact and world-class operations…and by doing it over and over again until there is nothing left to restore.

As a growing team of experienced operators, respected scientists, and seasoned entrepreneurs, we are building the foundation to become the largest developer and operator of restoration projects across the globe.
