Celia Francis

Celia Francis is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in both the tech and climate industries. She has founded multiple companies that led to successful exits and is a 3x CEO. Over her career, Celia has held senior roles at T Mobile, Rated People, and Terraformation and serves on the board of directors of Urban Partners, a leading European real estate investor, and KlimatX, a developer of nature-based carbon projects. Celia also founded The Art of Forests – an alliance of the world’s most experienced large scale forest organizations with 190 members globally. As a skilled leader, Celia offers an unparalleled network and decades of experience setting strategic priorities, executing on commercial goals, leading teams, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Celia is a graduate of Harvard and holds an MBA from MIT. She is a frequent public speaker, including at TEDx.
